China Biggest Ethylene Production Base Founded                 600千トン→1,200千トン

PetroChina Daqing Petrochemical Company's ethylene extension project with an annual output of 1.2 million tons has been put into operation successfully. With proprietary intellectual property rights, the newly-built ethylene equipment with an annual output of 600,000 tons produced qualified propylene and ethylene products. Thus, PetroChina Daqing Petrochemical Company becomes the largest ethylene production base in China.

With an approval of the State Council and CNY 12.9 billion investment totally, the project started construction in September 2010 and finished a year ahead of schedule.

Complete set technology and equipment of the project are all made at home, breaking foreign technological monopoly for a long term and saving tens of millions of dollars on import of technology.
