On June 21st PetroChina Liaoyang Petrochemical Company
completed capacity expansion of ethylene oxide by constructing a
new 50 000 t/a unit based on the existing 200 000 t/a unit.
The company started wet commissioning on the additional 50 000
t/a unit in July.
