Industry Group is a large-scale state-owned enterprise, founded
mainly on Shenyang Chemical Co. Ltd. in 1995. In 1997, Shenyang

Heilongjiang
Petrochemical Plant is subordinate to China Blue Star
Group and
was founded in 1960. It is the first refinery enterprise in
Heilongjiang Province. The plant locates in Daqing, adjacent to
301 National Express Way and Binzhou Railway. The transportation
is quite convenient.
After the 40 years’ development, the plant has come to
be a large-scale petrochemical industry enterprise. The plant is
about 12, 800 m2. It has founded some subordinate companies, such
as
Industrial Corporation, Daqing Qinghong Chemical Industry Co.
Ltd., and Longfu Petrochemical Co. Ltd., etc.
The refinery equipment in the plant represents the advanced
technology in China. The crude oil processing capacity is
950,000t per year, and catalytic processing capacity is 400,000t
per year. The plant has many sets of petrochemical processing
equipments, the technology of which represents the international
advanced level in 1990’s. Among them the MEK equipment is based on the
advanced technology and some critical equipment imported from
German. These technologies are: butene by vaccum distillation,
n-butene hydration, and sec-butyl alcohol gas. Nonyl phenol is
based on the technology imported from Poland Heavy Organic
Research Institute. Its producing capacity is 12,000t per year,
the largest industrial equipment currently in China.

Organic Chemical Co. Ltd. developed from JiNan Organic Chemical
Factory (founded in 1968) in May, 2002, which locates 35km east
of Jinan.
As the first to produce formaldehyde in Shandong province, its
capacity is 80,000t per year. The rate of excellent-class quality
is up to 98% in accordance with National Standard GB/T9009-1998.
In 1989 Good-Quality Prize of Chemical Ministry was achieved. The
main products are industrial formaldehyde, hexamethyl eneamine,
formaldehyde reagent, tropine reagent, trihydric reagent, 2123
resin, and C-20 firming agent. The production of industrial
mathanal is the biggest in the region of Shandong province. The
hexamethyl eneamine producing capacity is the first in China,
with 10,000t per year, in accordance to the National Standard
GB/T9015-1998. The rate of the first grade is over 90%, it is
also rewarded as the excellent product of Shandong province. The
product quality and low consumption of material and power are
ahead of other companies in China.
JiNan Baiyun Organic Chemical Co. Ltd. has its own export and
import permit. The products export to more than ten countries and
regions including Japan and Australia. The export income is near
US$200 million per year.
The main products: formaldehyde, granular hexamethyl eneamine and
powder hexamethyl eneamine. Formaldehyde reagent, C20, CN-1 are
also produced in small volume.
Jinan Great Wall Refinery
Works
Founded in 1972 and subordinate to China National BlueStar
(Group) Corporation, JiNan Great Wall Refinery is conveniently
closed to Baima Mountain, Qixian town of Shizhong district, the
southwest of Jinan.
The factory has a total asset of 1.65 billion RMB and an area of
263, 800 m2. The annual processing capability of crude oil has
reached 300,000 tons, the annual output of oxide pitch and
modified pitch waterproof materials have reached 40,000 tons and
3,000,000m2 respectively. It has passed through the rectification
successfully which was organized by the Committee of National
Economics & Trade in 1999 and become one of the only 82
refinery works approved by the government. And its subsidiary,
JiNan Qianwei Petroleum Trading Company is also a petroleum
wholesaler approved by the Committee of National Economics &
Trade.
The factory has been awarded as the Advanced Unit in the material
and cultural development in Jinan, the Advanced Unit in keeping
credits, protecting environment and economizing water as well as
resources etc.
Main products: 90# gasoline, diesel, liquefied gas, pitch and SBS
modified pitch waterproof materials etc.
Jinan Petrochemical Group

Founded in 1958 and subordinate to China National BlueStar
(Group) Corporation, JiNan Petrochemical Group Company is
conveniently located at the east of Jinan. The north of it is
close to JiNan International Airport and Jiqing Express Highway,
the south is near to Jiaoji Railway. The company was elected as
the secondary large enterprise by the Committee of National
Economy & Trade and the Bureau of National Statistic in
Sep.1993, and was entirely reorganized as JiNan Petrochemical
Group Company in Jun.1994.
The company has a total asset of 1.13billion RMB (excluding the
intangible assets) and an area of 320,000 m2. It is a
petrochemical enterprise specializing in processing petroleum
integrated with chemical industry and is the only 82 refinery
works approved by the government. Besides, it is the carbon
chemical base of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry. The
company possesses many large-scale production settings and
equipments such as the normal pressure setting which has an
annual output of 300,000 tons; the setting for masout catalyzing
which has an annual output of 200,000 tons; the setting to
produce soft curcas oil which has an annual output of 5,000 tons
and the setting to continuously produce formic acid from
hydroxide synthesis methoxy-carbonyl which has an annual output
of 20,000 tons.
Main products: Petroleum, diesel, liquefied gas, soft curcas oil,

190# solvent oil and light diesel are awarded as the superior
products in Shandong province. The company is the first formic
acid manufacture in China and its exportation is exempted from
national inspection. The setting to produce formic acid has its
own intellectual property.

JiNan Yuxing Chemical
Co., Ltd., an ISO9002 certified enterprise and subordinate to

production base of inorganic chemicals in China and produces
chromium and titanium series products with “Shengsheng”
brand.
Through many years of our hard work, especially the importation
of overseas technology and equipments in recent years, we have
improved our production capability and products quality greatly
and thus established our advanced position the chromium &
titanium industry in China. The rutile and anatase titanium
dioxide have an annual output of 25,000 tons and the chromium
series products have reached 40,000 tons. The company has been
awarded the highest honor on products quality for many years and

Tianjin Petrochemical
Plant
Founded in 1969 and subordinate to China National BlueStar
(Group) Corporation, Tianjin Petrochemical Factory is composed of
oil refinery and chemical sections. The oil refining section is
located at Zhoulizhuang, Xiqing Distr. of Tianjin and has an area
of 700 mu. The chemical section is located at the south of
Gongnong Alliance Farm and has an area of 540 mu. The distance
between the two sections are approximate 3km. The factory is
conveniently close to Jinpu Railway and Jinyang Highway and is
only 8.5km apart from Jinghu Express Highway.
Please find our main settings and production capabilities as
below: normal decompression of 1,300,000t each year; 300,000t of
heavy oil catalyzing & cracking each year; 500,000t of heavy
oil catalyzing & cracking each year; 60,000t of oxide pitch
each year; 10000 tons of solvent naphtha each year; 60,000t of
gas separation each year; 24,000t of propylene refining each
year; 18,000t of butylenes-1-MTBE united settings each year;
29,000t of PP each year; 4,000t of tert-butyl alcohol each year;
and 2, 500t of cis-butenedioic anhydride each year.
We adopt the bulk batch liquid-phase technique to produce PP, and
the product quality, the consummation of materials and resources
together with the application of new technology hold a safe lead
in the same industry.

Shanxi Synthetic Rubber
Group Co., Ltd.
Shanxi Synthetic Rubber Group Co. Ltd. belongs to China Blue Star
Group. It is a first class large-scale state owned enterprise,
which has organic chemical products manufacturing &
processing, scientific & technological developing, chemical
engineering design, construction and installation and business
trade.
The main products of SSRG are chloroprene rubber, caustic soda,
calcium carbide, polyvinyl chloride resin, chlorine liquid,
chlorinated polyethylene and cement. The leading product of SSRG-chloroprene rubber
reaches 25,000 tons per year. There are 5 types of dry rubber
and 5 types of rubber latex, they are CR244, CR322, CR321, CR232,
CR122 and graft, cationic rubber latex. Among these the CR322,
CR321, CR122 are awarded high-quality products by Ministry of
Chemical Industry and Shanxi province.
Chloroprene rubber system has been renovated to improve the level
of technology of installation and enlarge the scale of production
since 1980s. The freezeroller imported from Dupont of America in
1988 and the first set of freeze-roller self-researched &
self-produced in 1996 are advanced both at home and broad in
80-90s, which created the favorable conditions for gaining
market. In November 2001, SSRG was ISO9001: 2000 certified. The
Chloroprene rubber occupies 60% rubber market in China and are
sold far to Europe, South-east Asian countries and regions as
well as.
Southwest Chemical
Machinery Co., Ltd.
Founded in 1996 and situated in Shifang, Sichuan province,
BlueStar Group Shifang South-West Chemical Machine Factory is
subordinate to China National BlueStar (Group) Corporation and is
a composite industry company engaging in the research, production
and sales of steel press containers. It is one of the 500 large
machinery enterprises in China and is also the secondary large
enterprise designated by the government. The company has its own
imp. & exp. right.
The company has now developed multiple production lines such as
containers production, casting & forging, gold processing,
granulation machinery, industrial-made oxygen, diamond
press-machine, and also the service systems such as pipeline
supply, electromechanical maintenance, nursery decoration and
BlueStar wines, totally more than 10 economic bodies. Besides,
the factory has set up offices in Beijing, Wuhan, Chengdu and

Subordinate to China National BlueStar (Group) Corporation, China
BlueStar Environment Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. is a
professional company engaging in the importation of environment
protection technology, the development of environment protection
market and the industrialization of environment protection
equipments. It is also the member of the Association of Sichuan
Environment Protection and has gained much support from Sichuan
province and Deyang city Administration. China BlueStar
Environment Protection Zone has entered into the list of “1+8” Project of Sichuan province and
the “Manufacture Base of National
Important Technical Equipment”.
Our equipments mainly include anti-corrosion & leak-proof
reserve oil tank with double wall, oil-gas recycling series
equipments, BOD/COD/TOC water online auto-analysis, solid
pharm-waste treatment equipments, and Chinese-medicine producing
equipments etc. Among which the anti-corrosion & leak-proof
reserve oil tank with double wall is a Sino-Korea project with

Beijing Chemical Machinery Works (hereafter referred to as BCMW)
belongs to China National BlueStar (Group) Corporation. It is a
large state-owned enterprise specialized in chemical machinery
manufacture and one of the 10 largest chemical equipment
manufacturer and machinery manufacturer in China. It locates no
27, West Dawang Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing. The plant is
about 220,000 m2 as large, and has 1369 employees. The products
are mainly sold to the major chloro-alkali industry enterprises
in China.
China BlueStar Harbin
Petrochemical Co., Ltd.
Founded in Jul.2000 at the hi-tech developing zone in Harbin and
subordinate to China National BlueStar (Group) Corporation, China
BlueStar Harbin Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is chiefly in charge of
the management of two amalgamated enterprises---Harbin Huayu
Limited Company and Harbin Petrochemical Factory. After the rectification to the
capital structure of the former China BlueStar Harbin
Petrochemical Company, China National BlueStar (Group)
Corporation was renewably registered in Apr.2001 with an asset of
1,000 million RMB. The new company is situated at the Chemical
Industrial Zone―the south-east of Harbin, has an
area of 261, 500 m2 and a total staff of 1, 601 including 277
technical experts and professional management persons.
The company mainly deals in the production and sales of phthalic
anhydride, cis-butenedioic anhydride and lubrication grease as
well as the research and distribution of other chemical products.

Materials Co.,Ltd
Subordinate to China National BlueStar (Group) Corporation and as
the largest base specializing in the research, production and
sales of industrial silicon, BlueStar Silicate Materials Co.,
Ltd. is located at Zhongbao Town of Lanzhou, Gansu province and
is close to Lanxin Railway and Lanwu Express Highway, only 123km
from Lanzhou. The company holds its own railway lines and enjoys
favorable transport environment. With a total staff of 1187 and a
fixed asset of more than 2 billion RMB, the company has
established multi-lateral cooperative business relationship with
many industrial silicon manufactures and the products are mainly
sold to Xinghuo of Jiangxi province as well as other domestic
market and overseas market.
The company now has two industrial silica furnaces, the one with
10000KVA was built by the company itself and the one with
25000KVA was imported from Germany with an annual output of
20,000 tons----the largest industrial furnace in Asia. The 25,000
electric furnace was put into use in Oct.2003 and has achieved an
sales value of 40.05 million RMB. Meanwhile, the company is now
in the process of building another advanced 25,000KVA industrial
furnace with the advanced technique and key equipments from
Germany. Besides, the soot-purified system of industrial furnace
cooperated with Norway has already put into circulation and
recycled 10,000 tons nanometer micro-silicon powder each year.
The company plans to build another two 25,000KVA electric
furnaces in the recent three years and then the annual production
capability would reach 50,000 tons.

Chemical Materials Plant
Subordinate to China National BlueStar (Group) Corporation,
Shanghai BlueStar New Chemical Materials Factory is a state-owned
and independent legal institution with a registered assets of 300
million RMB. The factory is mainly engaged in the production,
sales and research of polyoxymethylene, its raw materials,
derivatives and end products, and also industrial plastics and
fine chemicals etc. With a staff of 20, the factory is located at
Xinghuo Developing Zone in Pudong District, Shanghai, and has an
area of 174, 496 m2.

International Chemical Co. Ltd.
Subordinate to China National BlueStar (Group) Corporation and
chiefly responsible for the imp. & exp. Business of BlueStar
Group, China BlueStar International Chemical Co., Ltd. is the
executive body of BlueStar Group on overseas investment,
technology importation, technology cooperation and contraction of
overseas projects as well as labor service exportation.

ChemChinaの子会社の藍星グループはこのたび、天津の臨港工業区で大規模なシリコーンモノマー（メチルクロロシラン）製造の子会社を設立することを明らかにした。
設立するのは Bluestar OrganoSilicone (Tianjin) Companyで、本社が23%、江西省南昌にシリコーンモノマー工場を持つBluestar
New Chemical Materialsが52%、Rhodiaから買収したシリコーン
事業のBluestar France Companyが25%を出資する。
能力は400千トンで、第１期 200千トンは2009年後半にスタートの予定。既にNDRCの認可を受けている。
Bluestar France Companyの技術を使用する。
第２期 200千トンは5年以内に完成させるとしている。
また、同地でシリコーン製品の生産を行い、この工場からの引取りを増やす予定だが、詳細は明らかにされていない。

2004年10月にフランスのローディアと藍星集団がシリコーン事業での提携で覚書を締結、翌年5月に天津でローディア技術によりメチルクロロシランのプラントを建設する合意書を締結した。年産20万トン（スター時10万トン）のメチルクロロシラン工場で、生産開始は2007年第1四半期を予定していた。
ローディアはローヌ・プーランの特殊化学品部門が独立したもの。
(残ったライフサイエンス部門はヘキストと合併してアベンティスとなり、本年8月、サノフィと合併してサノフィ・アベンティスとなった)
上記提携時に、両社はそれぞれのシリコーンの上流及び下流分野での活動をグローバルに戦略統合する可能性について2006年央までに検討することとしていた。
この検討の結果と見られるが、2006年10月に藍星集団はローディアとの間でローディアのシリコーン事業を買収する契約を締結した。
この結果、ローディアのシリコーン事業は藍星集団の子会社
Bluestar France
Company となった。
今回の計画はローディアとの合弁計画を藍星集団で実施するもので、能力は合計、第１期とも倍増している。
なお、藍星集団では上記の通り、Bluestar New
Chemical Materials が江西省南昌市に能力200千トンのシリコーンモノマー工場を持っており、
2010年にこれを300千トンにする計画である。
